Mark Greene, Executive Director of the London Institute for Contemporary Christianity, builds on the idea of creating cultures that enable Christians to be discipled for their ordinary work.
He explains a theory of changing culture and demonstrates how whole-life discipleship (WLD) cultures have been created in theological colleges.
He then shows how this culture-change impacts on the church leaders that emerge from those colleges.
For example, he reveals the three habits of highly fruitful WLD pastors, they:
- Read the Bible differently
- Have different conversations
- Go to different places
